Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Tenalpa mobile application or website
(the Platform), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply together with any policies referenced here, including the
Privacy Policy.
Tenalpa may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be
published within the app or on the website and will apply from the date
of publication.

Tenalpa provides a technology platform only and is not a party to any agreement
entered into between users.
Eligibility & Accounts
To use Tenalpa, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time by:
- Using the in-app account deletion feature (if available), or
- Emailing tenalpa.au@gmail.com with your request
Nature of the Platform (Important)
Tenalpa is not a service provider, employer, agent, or broker.
Tenalpa:
- Does not provide services listed by users
- Does not supervise, guarantee, or endorse users
- Does not verify the quality, legality, or safety of services offered
All interactions, agreements, and transactions are strictly between users.
You are responsible for performing your own checks before engaging another user.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive others
- Upload misleading, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content
- Post pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material
- Upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Platform
- Collect user data without consent
- Use automated tools without permission
Tenalpa may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Tenalpa a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free licence to use that content solely for operating, improving,
and promoting the Platform.
You warrant that:
- You own or have rights to the content
- The content does not violate any law or third-party rights
Reviews & Feedback
Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences.
Reviews must not be false, misleading, or written in exchange for compensation.
Tenalpa does not guarantee review accuracy and may remove reviews that breach
these Terms or applicable law.
Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Where paid features exist:
- Fees are disclosed before purchase
- Payments are processed via Apple or Google (where applicable)
- Refunds are governed by the App Store / Google Play policies and Australian Consumer Law
- Tenalpa does not process payments outside approved platforms unless explicitly stated
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tenalpa provides the Platform “as is”
- Tenalpa does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or outcomes
- Use of the Platform is at your own risk
- Tenalpa is not responsible for user conduct, services provided, or disputes between users
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tenalpa is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data, income, or opportunities
- Acts or omissions of other users
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to AUD $500 or the amount
paid by you to Tenalpa in the previous 12 months (whichever is lower).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tenalpa against claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Suspension & Termination
Tenalpa may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Provide false information
- Pose legal or reputational risk
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
